• Billing information provided through payment processors. For PayPal or card payments, PayPal and its payment processing partners process checkout and payment details. We do not store full card numbers.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide, operate, and improve GiongAI.
• Create and restore your projects and AI workflow state.
• Process payments, credits, subscriptions, invoices, refunds, and fraud checks.

• Analyze product usage and improve reliability, usability, and safety.
• Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and security obligations.

3. AI Processing

To generate responses, we may send relevant prompts, project context, and conversation content to third-party AI model providers. Do not submit sensitive personal data, confidential trade secrets, regulated health data, payment card data, or information you are not authorized to process.

4. Payment Processors

For PayPal or card checkout, PayPal may collect and process payment information, billing address, fraud prevention signals, and transaction data under its own privacy notices. For local methods such as VietQR/PayOS or USDT, the relevant payment provider, bank, or blockchain network may process transaction data.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

We use cookies and local storage to keep you logged in, remember language preferences, identify anonymous visitors for analytics, and maintain application state. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some features may stop working if cookies are disabled.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No internet service is completely secure, and you are responsible for protecting your account credentials.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact support@giongai.co.

10. International Transfers

GiongAI is available globally. Your information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence, including countries where our hosting, AI, analytics, and payment providers operate.

11. Children's Privacy

GiongAI is not intended for children under 13 or the minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
