GiongAI is a digital software service. Payments may be processed by PayPal, PayOS, USDT networks, or other supported payment providers depending on the checkout method selected.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of GiongAI, available at https://giongai.co. By creating an account, purchasing credits, starting a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

GiongAI provides AI-assisted venture design, business model exploration, customer development, validation planning, and product planning workflows. Outputs are generated for informational and operational support only. They are not legal, tax, investment, accounting, medical, or professional advice.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration and billing information and keep it updated.

4. Billing, Taxes, and Payment Providers

GiongAI may offer card, PayPal, VietQR/PayOS, USDT, or other supported payment methods. Payments are processed by the relevant payment provider selected at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes, bank fees, currency conversion fees, or other charges that apply to your purchase unless the checkout flow states otherwise.

We do not store full card numbers. Card and PayPal checkout details are handled by PayPal or its payment processing partners. VietQR payments are handled through PayOS and participating banks. USDT payments are handled through the relevant blockchain network.

5. Credits, Subscriptions, and Usage

GiongAI may offer prepaid credits, one-time packages, or subscriptions. Credits and subscriptions are used to access AI workflows and related product features. Usage limits, included quotas, and pricing may change with reasonable notice. Unused credits may expire if stated at checkout or in the product interface.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use GiongAI to:

Break applicable laws or violate third-party rights.
Generate or distribute harmful, fraudulent, misleading, infringing, or abusive content.
Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the service.
Share account access commercially without permission.
Use outputs as a substitute for qualified professional review in high-stakes decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

GiongAI and its software, interface, trademarks, and underlying technology remain owned by GiongAI or its licensors. Subject to your compliance with these terms, you may use the outputs generated for you for your internal business, educational, or commercial venture planning purposes.

8. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific context. You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and deciding whether to rely on any output. GiongAI does not guarantee venture success, fundraising results, market validation, sales performance, or business outcomes.

9. Cancellation

If subscriptions are offered, you may cancel future renewals through the billing portal, account interface, or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund previous charges unless required by law or covered by our Refund Policy.

10. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Payment-specific refund handling may depend on PayPal, PayOS, bank, card issuer, or blockchain network rules.

11. Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We aim to maintain reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, especially where third-party AI, payment, hosting, or network providers are involved.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GiongAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for paid services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
