Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of GiongAI credits, subscriptions, and digital services. Refund handling may depend on the payment method used, including PayPal, PayOS, card issuers, banks, or blockchain networks.

1. General Refund Window

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the purchased credits, package, or subscription has not been substantially used and the request is reasonable. To request a refund, contact support@giongai.co with your account email, order number, purchase date, and reason.

2. Digital Credit Usage

Because GiongAI provides digital AI services with usage-based compute costs, refunds may be denied or prorated when credits have already been consumed, reports have been generated, AI workflows have been run, or substantial service value has been delivered.

3. Subscriptions

If subscriptions are offered, you may cancel renewal at any time through the billing portal, account interface, or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents future charges. Past subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where there is a verified billing error or service failure.

4. Duplicate Charges and Billing Errors

We will refund verified duplicate charges, accidental repeated purchases, or incorrect billing amounts. Please contact support as soon as you notice the issue.

If you cannot access a paid feature because of a verified technical issue caused by GiongAI and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, we may provide a refund, credit extension, or replacement service at our discretion.

For purchases processed by PayPal, approved refunds are usually returned to the original PayPal account, card, or funding source according to PayPal rules. For PayOS/VietQR, bank, or USDT payments, refund handling may require manual review and may depend on the relevant provider or network.

Approved refunds are usually submitted within 5 business days. Your bank, card issuer, PayPal, PayOS, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
